International Orders (DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid)

  • International orders (including to the U.S.) are shipped DDU, meaning duties and taxes are not included in your payment.

  • You are responsible for any customs charges required to release your parcel.

  • Failure to pay duties may result in the package being abandoned. We are not liable for lost or abandoned orders.

United States Orders:

  • Priced in USD.

  • Duties and taxes may apply. These are calculated based on item, value, and destination.

  • The U.S.-Australia Free Trade Agreement may reduce or eliminate some fees, but you are still responsible for any charges imposed.
